Celebrity trainer Elise Gulan gets babes like Becki Newton in shape, so who better to help guide you to your best bod by summer! If someone is just getting started, what's your first piece of advice? Any tricks to create a nice shape quickly? Quadriceps are the biggest muscle group in the body, so targeting this area (front thighs) is a great way to create lean muscle mass which will help burn fat. My favorite is standing with wide legs, toes turned out, bending the knees and bringing the hips down to knee level (or as your flexibility allows). Then keep the hips low and do one-inch pulses for 60 seconds.
