Bees to Honey, Beehives to Spaghetti: Amy Winehouse Discovers Cooking

Winehouse’s dark, raspy vocal tone and soulful lyrics have come to define a new era of jazz. Tragically, she has also faced chronic drug and alcohol abuse, but the "Back to Black" singer has recently replaced her addiction with a love of world cuisine. Her goddaughter and "Yeah Right" hit-maker Dionne Bromfield has said that Winehouse is obsessed with cooking spaghetti and meatballs and can also do a mean salmon dish.

Today, we take inspiration from Amy with a simple meatball recipe care of Epicurean.com. Remember to back it up tomorrow with an early morning run to some classic Winehouse beats, and watch this space for Amy’s third album, which she is currently recording in London.
