"Arrested Development" No Longer In... Well, Arrested Development!

Brace yourselves, "Arrested Development" fans -- shooting for the fourth season will begin in four short weeks!

Jason Bateman announced via Twitter this week (along with the above photo of himself with producer Michael Hurwitz and Narrator Ron Howard): "Taken at 'AD' mission control, today! All systems are go. Filming for the new episodes starts in four weeks. Woo!” Bateman plays Michael Bluth in the hilariously dysfunctional sitcom, alongside Michael Cera, Jeffrey Tambor, Jessica Walter, Tony Hale, and Will Arnett.

It was announced last year that the sitcom would return for a fourth season airing exclusively on Netflix. All 10 Season Four episodes will be released for instant viewing on the same day, and a movie is expected to follow.

While the show received less than stellar broadcast ratings during its 53-episode run, it still gained a massive cult following, with its fan base still increasing after the cancellation in 2006.

With anticipation building up over the past six years, this comeback is sure to be colossal!
