He's a rock star, heart breaker and one of Young Hollywood's absolute favs: Adam Levine. Adam sang his way into America's hearts through his world wide known band Maroon 5; others know him as the heartthrob who steals a crowds attention at any Hollywood Hotspot he may just decide to waltz into. He can sing, dance, and make any woman melt could you ask for a better combo? Adam Levine was born on March 18, 1979 in Los Angeles to very conservative Jewish parents. He attended a private school in Brentwood where he discovered his love for music. It was in high school that he met the a few people that enjoyed the art of music just as much as he; they ended up forming the band called Kara's Flowers which ended up releasing an album in 1997. Although the album had little success, Adam continued to follow his passion for music. Two years later, the band changed their name to Maroon 5. This was also the time when lead guitarist James Valentine joined what would soon be a group destined for stardom. Their Debut album, Songs about Jane, was a huge success and put Maroon 5 on the charts for the world to love. His long time girlfriend Jane, who Levine credits for most of his lyrical genius, inspired the album. Since then, Levine has contributed his musical intelligence to an array of recording artists including Kanye West, The Ying Yang Twins, and Alicia Keys. Who knows what is in store for Adam Levine, but we do know that whatever it is, we will love it.
