Ace of Hearts is an organization dedicated to saving pets from shelters in danger of being euthanized and finding a loving home for them. The organization recently received a charitable donation from singer John Mayer after he lost a bet to TMZ honcho Harvey Levin. Mayer had bet that if Levin was able to obtain Mayer's 2001 mugshot Mayer would donate $25,000 to a charity of Levin's choice. In the end, Levin found the mugshot and posted it on TMZ, and Mayer's money went to two organizations: Pet Orphans of Southern California and Ace of Hearts.
