Another major success story was in the room. Seth MacFarlane has a lot more money than any of us (as creator of “Family Guy”, “Cleveland Show”, and “American Dad”). He has no reason to host a '40s black tie bash for 200 friends other than A) he loves singing like Sinatra with a big band, and B) if he does it, Paris and Nicky Hilton, NFL champ Aaron Rodgers, Mila Kunis, Hayden Panettiere, and a few civilians like me will show up and boost up a good charity.
MacFarlane gathered young Hollywood for The Seven Bar Foundation. This org gives “microfinance” (small funding grants) to help impoverished women climb the financial ladder out of poverty. All the attendees got their own “grants” on in the form of giftbags. After the bubbly, and Seth’s 2-hour performance, rummaging through the bag to see what’s inside was half the fun. I decided to YouTube it. Check out my Hollywood Domino Gift Bag Teardown.
