Written by . Published: November 30 2011

Zach Braff is to make his West End debut next year (12) when the Scrubs star's play All New People transfers to London.

The actor wrote and starred in the show when it was staged at New York's Second Stage Theatre earlier this year (11), and now Braff will tread the boards at the Duke of York's Theatre for a 10-week run from February (12).

In the play, Braff's character's 35th birthday plans are wrecked by three misfits who unexpectedly show up at his beach house.

It will run at England's Manchester Opera House and the King's Theatre in Glasgow, Scotland prior to its London run.

The actor announced the news by posting a link to a Deadline.com article about the play on his Twitter.com page alongside the words, "'All New People' coming to London, Manchester and Glasgow." He then confirmed he would be starring in the show for the full 10-week run.
