Zac Efron's rep refuses to comment on rehab rumors

Zac Efron's publicist is refusing to comment on swirling rumors the actor completed a stint in rehab earlier this year (13).

Reports suggest the former High School Musical star received professional treatment for unknown issues in a clinic five months ago, but a rep is refusing to confirm or deny the claims, telling TMZ.com, "Don't think we'll be making a comment."

Efron has thrown himself into work in recent months. He has been busy working on upcoming comedy Neighbors with Seth Rogen, and he walked the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival in Canada earlier this month (Sep13) to promote new drama Parkland.

A source close to the 25 year old tells E! Online, "He's taking time to focus on working."
