Zac Efron broke jaw on indoor fountain

Zac Efron has opened up about the accident that left him with a broken jaw last year (13), revealing he slipped and fell at home and smashed his head against a fountain he recently installed.

The young hunk tells WENN the water feature is actually inside his home and he insists he only has himself to blame for the mishap.

The High School Musical star explains, "I guess if you leave your fountain on and then leave your house for a week, which is not what you're supposed to do, it splashes water on the floor.

"I'm a klutz, so I came back, slipped and smashed my face into it. It was very awkward. What is more awkward was telling everyone about it!"
