The Yeah Yeah Yeahs are to headline a benefit concert at New York's Brooklyn Bowl to raise funds for hospitalised DJ Jonathan Toubin.
Toubin is in a critical condition after a taxi cab crashed into his ground floor hotel room in Portland, Oregon earlier this month (Dec11).
The DJ, who is behind the New York Night Train parties, suffered
numerous broken bones as well as injuries to his kidneys and
liver.
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs are headlining Friday's (16Dec11) gig in
Brooklyn, with additional performances from Adebimpe's project
Stabbing Eastward, Bear in Heaven and Butthole Surfers' Gibby
Haynes to help fund Toubin's treatment.
