Warren G and Lil Scrappy praise marijuana legalisation ruling

Hip-hop stars Warren G and Lil Scrappy have spoken of their delight now Colorado has legalised marijuana for recreational use.

Amendment 64 was passed by Colorado voters on Tuesday (06Nov12) making it the first state to end marijuana prohibition in the U.S.

Lil Scrappy tells TMZ.com, "It would be great if I was still blowing (smoking weed) but I'm on chill mode for God. Liquor is legal and less harmful... so weed should be legal everywhere too."

While Regulate hitmaker Warren G states, "I think this is the first step to all states making it legal."

They were not the only stars happy about the ruling - rapper Cash Out says, "It's great! I wish they would legalise weed everywhere and there would be way more happy people in this country," while Bone Thugs-n-Harmony star Flesh-N-Bone adds, "Great for those guys, wish it would be good for us in Cali (California)."
