Usher's divorce from Tameka Foster was finalised in a Georgia court on Wednesday (4Nov09).

The R&B star is officially a single man, five months after he asked Tameka Foster for a divorce, claiming their marriage was "irretrievably broken" with "no reasonable hope of reconciliation".

The final decree was issued at Fulton County Superior Court.

The couple was married for two years. They have two sons together; Usher Raymond V, 23 months and eleven-month-old Naviyd Ely Raymond.

Speaking last month (Oct09), Tameka Foster revealed she learned her ex wanted a divorce after reading online gossip.
