Boyband The Wanted have taken aim at Christina Aguilera, criticising the "rude" singer for snubbing them during an appearance on her talent show The Voice last week (ends22Apr12).
The Glad You Came hitmakers were recent musical guests on the TV hit, but their excitement at hitting the stage in front of show mentors Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Cee-Lo Green was marred by the cold reception they got from the Dirrty star, who appeared to be unimpressed by The Wanted's performance of new single Chasing The Sun.
The group has now made its feelings known about the experience - and they don't have one kind word to say about Aguilera.
Tom Parker tells New York radio station Now FM, "She's a total b**ch. She might not be a b**ch in real life, but to us, she was a total b**ch. She just sat there and didn't speak to us. Wouldn't even look at us."
Parker was back up by bandmate Siva Kaneswaran, who admits she was "quite rude", while Max George adds, "(Aguilera) was a bit scary, to be honest."
And George insists their experience on The Voice paled in comparison to their recent visit to the American Idol studios, where he managed to sneak a kiss from show judge Jennifer Lopez: "J.Lo's hot, Christina's nothing special!"
