A 24 year old charged with trespassing at Taylor Swift's Rhode Island retreat has called on the singer to testify in court on his behalf.
Nicholas Field was arrested in April, 2014, after he was discovered wandering around the estate of the Love Story hitmaker's beachfront mansion.
But in court on Friday (26Jun15), Field was adamant Swift didn't
want to press charges against him and he's urging lawmakers to
serve her with a subpoena to appear in court, in the hope that her
testimony will end the ongoing case against him, which has been
continued to 10 July (15).
Swift is currently in Europe after performing in Hyde Park, London
on Saturday (27Jun15).
