Taylor Swift buys fan's concert tickets after travel nightmare

Taylor Swift helped turn a South African fan's travel nightmare into a dream come true by offering her free tickets to a gig in Dublin, Ireland on Monday (29Jun15).

DJ Stephanie Be and her boyfriend Joe Crann were planning to attend Swift's 1989 concert in London's Hyde Park on Saturday night (27Jun15), but when her flight from Amsterdam, Netherlands to the U.K. was delayed by nine hours, Be landed at Heathrow Airport at the same time Swift was scheduled to take to the stage.

Be had been airing her grievances with the airline on Twitter.com, and when Swift saw her frustrating travel posts, she wrote, "@StephanieBe I'm really sorry you missed it but if you can get to Dublin I'll buy you tickets! Sorry to hear about the travel nightmare."

Be and Crann made their way to Dublin and arrived at the 3Arena venue with tickets in hand and a sign which read: "Taylor I made it! Thanks for the tickets!"
