Taylor Lautner will become the richest teen in Hollywood when he's paid $7.5 million for his next movie role.

The 17 year old Twilight star will pick up the monster paycheque when he stars alongside Tom Cruise in Northern Lights, reports DeadlineHollywood.com.

Lautner is expected to play a "gifted, young, aerobatics pilot" in the movie.
