Rapper T.I. is urging his protegee Iggy Azalea to stop engaging in arguments on Twitter.com and concentrate on her music.
In recent months, Azalea has garnered headlines for clashing on social media with fellow rappers including Azealia Banks and Snoop Dogg and ranting about her public image.
T.I., who signed Azalea to his Grand Hustle Records label and helped launch her career Stateside, wishes his protegee would stop commenting on every controversy.
When asked by TMZ.com if Azalea should be so vocal, T.I. replies, "Absolutely not... I think she should focus on what got her here. That's her music, her performing. And continue to just present her talents to the world."
