The Spice Girls used their own cash to pay for their show-stopping set and costumes at the Closing Ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games, according to singer Melanie Brown.
The five-piece reunited for the show in London, where they rode into the Olympic Stadium on traditional black taxis and sang a medley of their hits Wannabe and Spice Up Your Life.
Brown has now revealed they used their own money to fund the extravagant performance.
She tells Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, "We didn't get paid for the Olympics - we funded it ourselves, costumes and everything. It just goes to show how much we do get on and do like each other."
