The Wanted star Siva Kaneswaran is heading to Hollywood in a bid to carve out an acting career.
The boy bandmates are gearing up to take an extended hiatus after their world tour comes to an end on Saturday (17May14), and Kaneswaran already has plans for his next move.
The Irish singer reveals he is relocating to Los Angeles in a bid to make it as an actor.
He tells People.com, "I'm going to move (to Los Angeles) and do a little bit of acting and obviously carry on singing."
Ironically, Kaneswaran has previously blamed the demise of the band on its 2013 docu-series, The Wanted Life, which followed the boys as they set up a base in Los Angeles.
He said, "It caused problems. We kind of lost our sense of team. It became every man for themselves."
Kaneswaran previously had a small role in short-lived U.K. TV show Rock Rivals in 2008, before joining the group.
