Shoppers bag Chris Brown bargains

Chris Brown is cleaning house, and giving designer clothes and sneakers to charity.

The star's manager mum Joyce Hawkins was recently spotted handing over bags of clothes at a Santa Monica consignment shop in California, and shoppers were later told the items were all hand-me-downs from her son's closet!

One lucky shopper, who bagged a few Brown bargains, tells Life & Style magazine, "I was recently shopping at Crossroads Trading Co., and there was a frenzy. When I asked an employee what was going on, they said, 'Chris Brown's mom just came in and sold a ton of his clothes!'

"People were grabbing up lots of his high-end Adidas warm-up suits."
