Shenae Grimes injures knee

Shenae Grimes is sporting a bandage on her knee after injuring herself during a gym session.

The 21-year-old 90210 actress keeps fit by attending classes at Crunch Gym in Los Angeles, but she was spotted leaving the facility on Tuesday (26Jul11) with a protective dressing around her left leg.

Grimes later revealed it was an intense spinning class which caused her injury.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Spin officially (messed) my knee up."
