A man accused of trespassing at Selena Gomez's new California mansion has been sentenced to 45 days behind bars.

On Sunday night (30Mar14), the Come & Get It hitmaker called police to report that a man had arrived at her door, and cops later found 20-year-old Che Cruz hiding in her guest house.

He was arrested and charged with burglary and trespassing and on Wednesday (02Apr14), he was sentenced to 45 days in Los Angeles County Jail after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, Cruz was also given three years probation, banned from possessing weapons and was ordered to stay away from Gomez.

Gomez, who only purchased the Calabasas mansion in March (14), previously dealt with a trespasser at her family home in Tarzana, California, where an Arizona man was busted in January (14).
