Selena Gomez's latest intruder was arrested at her home on Monday

A man arrested on suspicion of trespassing at Selena Gomez's estate on Friday (04Apr14) is allegedly the same guy who jumped the fence leading to her home and broke into her guesthouse on Monday (31Mar14).
Che Cruz was sentenced to serve 45 days behind bars and ordered to stay away from the singer and her home for three years on Wednesday (02Apr14) after pleading no contest to unauthorized entry of a dwelling.
However, due to jail overcrowding, he was released on Friday
morning, according to TMZ.com, and allegedly returned to the house
in Calabasas, California.
Police swarmed on Gomez's home following an intruder alert and
re-arrested Cruz for trespassing.
