Sean Kingston fined over jet ski crash

Sean Kingston has been cited for "careless operation" and fined $180 for crashing his jet ski into a bridge in May (11).

Officials have blamed the R+B star's "inexperience" and "inattention" for the near-fatal accident in Miami, Florida, according to a newly-released police report compiled after a three-month investigation.

The document, obtained by TMZ.com, includes photos of Kingston's arm and chin imprints on the cement wall and states that he lost control of the watercraft after simultaneously releasing the throttle and turning the steering wheel.

Authorities have slapped him with a fine and cited him for "careless operation in an accident".

Kingston underwent three life-saving surgeries and spent a month in hospital after he was knocked unconscious in the smash.
