Sean 'Diddy' Combs' intruder released from jail

An intruder who sneaked into rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs' New York home has been released from jail after serving three months behind bars.

Quamine Taylor gained entry to the music mogul's East Hampton, Long Island mansion earlier this year (12) after posing as a friend and he spent nearly a day at the posh digs, guzzling the star's expensive alcohol and sleeping in his bed.

The 30 year old was then arrested by police officers on 1 April (12) after he was found to be squatting and hauled off to Suffolk County Jail.

Unable to post $2,000 bail, Taylor was sentenced to time served on Thursday (05Jul12) and ordered to stay away from the I Need a Girl hitmaker's property for a minimum of five years, according to the New York Post.
