Sarah Jessica Parker is fully prepared for Hurricane Irene hitting New York - she's stocked her home with emergency storm supplies.
The hurricane has been lashing the Caribbean since the start of the week (begs22Aug11) and is moving up the East Coast.
It's predicted to hit the Big Apple over the weekend (27-28Aug11), and Parker has made sure she won't get caught out when the bad weather arrives.
The Sex and the City star tells the Hollywood Reporter she and husband Matthew Broderick are "battening down the hatches" of their New York home and are well equipped with water, flashlights and batteries in case the hurricane knocks out the power to their property.
