Romeo Santos celebrates 100 weeks on pop chart

Written by . Published: June 27 2015

Latino pop hunk Romeo Santos has made history in the U.S. pop charts by becoming the first artist to score 100 weeks in the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart with the same song.

Released in September 2013, Santos' love song Propuesta Indecente has spent 99 of its 100 weeks in the top 10.

Nobody even comes close to the Bachata singer's new record - the second-longest-running song on the countdown is Prince Royce's Incondicional, which spent 62 weeks on the chart in 2012 and 2013.

Propuesta Indecente is currently at number two and has spent four weeks at number one.
