Criminal charges brought against Kim Kardashian's brother by a female paparazzo have officially been dismissed.
Rob Kardashian was charged with misdemeanour battery and petty theft in March (13) after he allegedly lashed out at Andra Viak and ripped the memory card out of her camera when he spotted her photographing him leaving a gym in West Hollywood without a shirt.
Andra Viak dropped her lawsuit against Kardashian last week
(ends02Jun13) when the reality TV star agreed to cover the cost of
her equipment, and now a judge has dismissed the case.
According to TMZ.com, prosecutors did not want to drop the matter,
but a judge overruled the objection.
