Rita Ora vows to work on Calvin Harris romance

British pop star Rita Ora is determined to make her relationship with DJ Calvin Harris work, despite facing a gruelling long-haul flight every time she wants to see him.

The R.I.P. hitmaker began dating the Scottish star last year (13) but the busy pair regularly spends weeks on opposite sides of the world due to work commitments.

However, Ora has vowed not to give up the romance without a fight and is determined to hang on to her man despite their long-distance love.

She tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "You have to fly each other out, you just have to. Sometimes you'll fly for 20 hours, sometimes you only fly for five hours. It's an effort, but you make it work.

"I'm not a fan of long-distance relationships. If you had a choice, you want that person with you. It makes me pretty sad. But you have to work with what you've got."
