Rita Ora battles jet lag at London show

Rita Ora battled through a nasty bout of jet lag to perform at an intimate show in London on Tuesday night (18Jun13).

The R.I.P. hitmaker jetted back to her hometown from Los Angeles to put on a show for competition winners at the headquarters of her Sony Records label in the British capital.

Ora, who was launching Sony's new Xperia Access multimedia scheme, admitted she was battling extreme fatigue as she stepped on stage after coming straight from a transatlantic flight.

She told the crowd, "You know, I haven't slept for about 48 hours but who cares. I came straight off a flight and came straight here. I haven't even had any time to do my hair and make-up, so I apologise."

After the show, she wrote in a post on Twitter.com, "Thanks for coming out to the show... Jet lag hits but who cares!"
