Rapper Rick Ross was arrested after a festival performance in North Carolina on Friday (27Jun14) over allegations he failed to attend a court date in the state last year (13).
The Hustlin' hitmaker was detained by police officers after his set at the SuperJam festival in Greensboro on Friday in relation to claims he missed a court hearing stemming from a marijuana possession arrest in the city last year (13). Local police are said to have been granted an arrest warrant for the rapper after the no-show.
Ross, 38, was taken into custody, and he was later released after
posting bail, according to TMZ.com.
