New mom Reese Witherspoon's modern take on Charles Dickens' classic novel Great Expectations has been picked up by executives at The CW.
The reimagining of the literary masterpiece will be set in San Francisco, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Witherspoon will executive produce the project through her Pacific
Standard company. It will mark her mark the actress' debut as a TV
producer.
