Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe sell shared property

Reese Witherspoon and her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe have finally sold their shared Los Angeles property seven years after their divorce.

The Cruel Intentions co-stars originally purchased the California duplex for $1.2 million in 2005, a year before their marriage broke down, and they put the house on the market last December (13) for $1.4 million .

However, the former couple has now sold the shared investment property for $1.4 million , earning them a profit of $266,500 , according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Witherspoon and Phillippe split in 2006 and divorced in 2007. The actress married Hollywood agent Jim Toth in 2011.

The estate in Ojai, California estate where the former couple wed was also sold last month (Jan14).
