Reality TV star Brandi Glanville wants Denise Richards to play her in comedy series

Reality TV star Brandi Glanville wants Denise Richards to play her in a TV series about her former husband's new life with singer Leann Rimes because she's convinced the Bond girl can understand what she has to deal with as the ex-wife.

Cibrian and Rimes are reportedly pitching a reality-based scripted comedy based on their life together to network executives, and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tells In Touch magazine she has one special casting request.

She explains, "I’d want Denise Richards to play me. She’s been through similar situations... and she’s hot!"

Richards became the ex-wife to Charlie Sheen after a bitter divorce and custody battle, but the former lovers are now friends and co-parents to their two daughters. Richards even stepped in to help her ex-husband look after his twins by another ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, when she underwent treatment for substance abuse.

And Glanville insists she won't be doing anything to scupper a potential TV deal for her ex-husband and her one-time love rival, whose affair with Cibrian, broke up her marriage.

She adds, "I have gotten to be on Real Housewives because of my entire situation, and now so many doors have opened for me. I am really happy where I am and wish everyone the best with everything."
