Priyanka Chopra executive producing TV series about Bollywood star

Priyanka Chopra has signed on to produce a new TV series based loosely on the life of former Bollywood star Madhuri Dixit.
The untitled project will center on a film star who quits Bollywood and attempts to settle into a normal life in the American suburbs with her bi-cultural family.
Dixit, who appeared in Indian film blockbusters like Devdas, Hum Aapke Hain Koun...!, and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, walked away from Bollywood in 2014. She will also serve as an executive producer.
It is unclear if Quantico star Chopra will appear on the show, which is set to air on ABC.
