Paris Jackson wants to leave a "positive imprint" on the world of fashion.

The 19-year-old daughter of late singing legend Michael Jackson graces the latest cover of Vogue Australia, where she poses in a blue embroidered bralette and matching skirt by Prada.

Paris' career is gaining momentum since she signed with IMG Models in March (17), with the star landing gigs with the likes of Calvin Klein, and during her chat with the fashion publication she shared her desire to be a role model.

"I really want to leave a positive imprint in the fashion world, mostly regarding the media and the stereotypical beauty standard that is blasted all over every magazine you see, every article that pops up on your phone screen, every billboard you see while you're driving down the street," she explained. "I already have many young girls looking up to me and I want to be something their parents are O.K. with them looking up to."

Paris uploaded her front page snap onto Instagram on Sunday (18Jun17) and thanked all those behind the photoshoot, including editor-in-chief Edwina McCann and lensman Patrick Demarchelier.

She also credited the magazine for staying true to her statements, as she wrote in the picture caption, "One of the first interviews where my words haven't been twisted, and they get all the info straight from the source! so thankful. please check it out".

The teenager, whose mother is Michael's ex-wife Debbie Rowe, also spoke about her longing to visit Australia, as her mom and dad tied the knot in Sydney back in 1996.

"My parents got married there (in Australia) so it's for sure on my bucket list to go," Paris smiled. "Plus (music event) BluesFest always has the grooviest set list so maybe one year I'll hit it up."
