NICOLE SCHERZINGER WALTZES OFF WITH DANCING TROPHY

Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger has been crowned the winner of this year's (10) Dancing With The Stars.

Nicole Scherzinger saw off competition from figure skater Evan Lysacek and sports broadcaster Erin Andrews during the show's finale on Tuesday night (25May10).

Erin Andrews came third in the competition after gaining the least amount of votes, leaving the singer and her dance partner Derek Hough to battle it out with Evan Lysacek for the title.

After dancing the jive, Nicole Scherzinger scored a perfect 30, with judge Len Goodman saying, "There can only be one winner of Dancing With the Stars. It should be you."

After being named the champion, Nicole Scherzinger appeared lost for words, while her professional partner Derek Hough said, "Everyone's been amazing and I'm so happy!"

Other celebrities who took part in the tenth season of the show include reality TV star Kate Gosselin, Baywatch actress Pamela Anderson, comic Niecy Nash, astronaut Buzz Aldrin and Shannen Doherty.
