Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa became the proud parents of a baby boy on Wednesday night (12Sep12).
The 98 Degrees singer and his partner welcomed their first child, a son named Camden John Lachey, and they confirmed the happy news to People.com.
The couple says in a statement, "We are incredibly proud to
announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Camden John Lachey.
Born today (12Sep12) at 6:54 p.m., he came into this world at 8
lbs., 9 oz. and 21 inches. Love has truly been redefined for both
of us."
Lachey was previously married to pop star/actress Jessica Simpson,
who became a first-time parent herself in May (12) when she
welcomed a baby girl with her fiance Eric Johnson.
