Nick Jonas brushes off VMAs snub to perform at ceremony

Nick Jonas has put his bruised ego to one side to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards after complaining about his prizegiving snub.
The pop star, who noted he was disappointed his video for Close didn't land a nomination for the upcoming VMAs, will still take the stage at Madison Square Garden in New York on 28 August (16), alongside Ty Dolla $ign.
The duo will perform their collaboration Bacon at the ceremony.
On Tuesday (16Aug16), MTV bosses revealed Britney Spears will also
hit the VMAs stage for the first time in a decade, while 2016 Video
Vanguard recipient Rihanna was previously confirmed as a
performer.
