Ne-Yo denies engagement reports

Ne-Yo has dismissed reports he is engaged to his longtime girlfriend following news she is expecting his second child.

The singer's partner Monyetta Shaw gave birth to daughter Madilyn Grace in November (10), and it was revealed last week (ends25Sep11) that she is pregnant again with the couple's second baby.

Reports also emerged suggesting the So Sick hitmaker, real name Shaffer Smith, had proposed to Shaw, but he has since spoken out to clear up the speculation.

In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "To put all rumours to rest. Not engaged but am expecting second child. Mo has no rep. The person claiming to rep her lied.

"Thanx (sic) for the interest in my personal (life). Know that the day I DO decide to take that step you will hear it from the horse's mouth."
