Morena Baccarin wins custody battle with estranged husband

Pregnant Homeland star Morena Baccarin has won full custody of her one-year-old son after arguing she'll soon be too pregnant to fly between New York and Los Angeles, where her estranged husband lives.

Baccarin revealed she is expecting Gotham co-star Ben McKenzie's baby in court papers and a judge has agreed the best course of action moving forward is for her to live with the child from her marriage to Austin Click in New York.

The former couple will still split joint custody, but now Click will have to fly to the Big Apple to spend time with his son.

Baccarin's attorney Samantha Spector tells TMZ.com he will be able to visit his son once a month for eight days, providing he gives the actress 15 days notice.

Click will be also be able to take his son to Los Angeles every two months for eight days.
