Miranda Kerr sells New York apartment
Miranda Kerr has sold her New York apartment just months after she was forced to move out in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
The brunette beauty, who is married to British actor Orlando Bloom, fled her Manhattan home in October (12) when the devastating superstorm left the building without power while she was in town preparing for the annual Victoria's Secret fashion show.
It has now emerged the property was on the market at the time Sandy
hit, and she has now succeeded in selling.
The loft-style home, which Kerr originally bought in 2006, was put
up for sale at a price of $1.3 million and is now under offer, with
the sale expected to be finalised in the coming weeks, according to
Britain's Daily Mail newspaper.
Kerr reportedly still owns a smaller apartment in the same
building, which was used as a residence for the nanny hired to look
after her young son, Flynn.
