Miley Cyrus meets cancer sufferer after concert

Singer Miley Cyrus helped to make a sick fan's dreams come true by inviting her backstage after a concert earlier this week (10Mar14).

Lulu Martinez is battling leukaemia for the second time and her sister recently launched a Twitter.com campaign using the phrase MileytoLulu, hoping to get the attention of the pop superstar and set up a meeting.

And on Monday (10Mar14), the young fan's dreams came true when she was invited backstage after Miley's Saint Paul, Minnesota show.

She tells Kare11.com, "(I was) screaming, (couldn't) breathe, (saying), 'Is this actually happening?' It was memorable. It was nice. She just asked how we were and she said she liked my shirt. I'll probably brag about it at school until I graduate and then after I get married too...

"At first I wasn't feeling good and I'm like, 'I'm going to meet Miley and I'm going to puke (vomit) and she's going to remember me as the girl who puked', but I didn't puke. I was all good. It went smooth."
