Miley Cyrus' giant dog stage prop to be displayed in U.K.
The head of a giant dog featured in Miley Cyrus' last tour is to go on display in the U.K. as part of a stage design exhibition.
The huge prop, which featured on the pop star's Bangerz Tour, was built as a tribute to her late pet dog Floyd and it is now part of a show featuring the work of British set designers.
The Society of British Theatre Designers' Make/Believe exhibition
features the work of Es Devlin, who has produced numerous pieces
for Cyrus' wacky concerts, as well as Tupac Martir, the designer
who created Beyonce's set for her performance at Britain's
Glastonbury festival in 2011.
The exhibition also showcases pieces featured in the 2012 London
Olympic Games, and stage sets used by the Royal Shakespeare
Company.
The show launches in Nottingham, England this month (Jan15) before
transferring to venues in London and Prague, Czech Republic.
