Miley Cyrus changes her New Year's Eve plans

Miley Cyrus has joined the stars who will be ringing in the New Year from New York's Times Square on 31 December (13).
The pop star has scrapped plans to perform in Miami, Florida on the last night of 2013 and instead she will take the stage just before the crystal ball drops on 2014 as part of Ryan Seacrest's annual New Year's Rockin' Eve TV festivities.
Cyrus confirmed the news on Wednesday (11Dec13) in a tweet that
read: "There's been a change in my NYE plans. (Ryan Seacrest) asked
me to perform in Times Square for #RockinEve!!"
Cyrus was originally scheduled to appear at the Fontainebleau in
Miami Beach, Florida alongside Pharrell Williams.
She adds, "I'm bummed I won't be in Miami."
