Migos tease fans about Liam Payne collaboration

Rappers Migos have recorded a secret song with One Direction star Liam Payne.

The Bad and Boujee hitmakers let the news slip during an interview with British rap DJ Tim Westwood in London last week (ends30Apr17), as MC Quavo had just finished filming scenes for the track's accompanying music promo.

"I just came from a video today," he said. "My boy Liam from One Direction. We just shot that. Crazy vid (sic). Crazy visuals. Crazy team. Cool guy, nice guy. It's goin' up (going to be a hit)."

Quavo didn't share any further details about the unexpected collaboration, and he quickly realized he had revealed a little too much too soon.

"I wasn't even supposed to say that," he confessed, before promising, "It's gonna be a surprise though."

New dad Liam has yet to comment on the track, but he has been busy working on his debut solo album in recent months.

Fellow One Direction star Harry Styles will become the first current member of the band to share his own album when he releases the self-titled project on 12 May (17), while ex-bandmate Zayn Malik has already found success with his solo disc, Mind of Mine, which hit the charts in March, 2016.
