MICHAEL BUBLÉ 'LEARNING' ABOUT HIMSELF IN THERAPY

Michael Bublé regularly undergoes therapy sessions because talking over his problems helps him "learn" about himself.

The Crazy Love hitmaker has previously admitted signing up for counselling following his 2008 split from actress Emily Blunt.

The star admits he still seeks professional guidance, despite feeling "happier" than ever, as he likes to discuss his inner feelings.

He tells British morning show Daybreak, "I like my life, I'm happy. I think I'm a happier person than I ever was. I think I'm a content person in who I am.

"I don't know if I should say these things but I go to therapy. Not because I'm some unstable dude but because I learn about myself and it's nice to take the time to go and talk to somebody and get things off your chest."
