Melanie Brown returning as judge on America's Got Talent - report

British pop star Melanie Brown is reportedly set to sign a seven-figure deal to return as a judge on Simon Cowell's America's Got Talent.

The former Spice Girls singer first appeared as a judge on the reality TV show in 2013 and has just completed her first stint on Britain's The X Factor.

It is suggested Cowell wants to sign Brown after being pleased with her work on The X Factor.

A source tells Britain's Sunday Mail newspaper, "She is over the moon. Things have been rubbish for her lately so she is happy to get stuck into work. Simon was impressed by her on The X Factor and told her she is very much part of the family."
