Mel B dismisses family problems with Christmas Day photo

Pop star-turned-TV personality Mel B has laughed off speculation suggesting her marriage is in trouble by posting a happy family photo on Instagram.com.

Following reports of bust-ups between her and husband Stephen Belafonte, which prompted the producer to threaten legal action, Mel B took to social media on Christmas Day (25Dec14) and posted a shot of the happy couple and their kids.

She added the caption: "Have a merry Christmas! #familytime #funday".

The photo and the post came a day after Mel B's eldest daughter, Phoenix, also weighed in on the family drama following a Christmas Eve shopping trip with her stepdad.

She uploaded a shot of herself with Belafonte and wrote, "Can everyone just chill he didn't hit my mom don't know how that stupid rumor came up."
