Meghan Trainor dismisses dating rumors

Singer Meghan Trainor has dismissed rumors suggesting she is dating fellow pop star Nick Jonas' manager, insisting the two are just friends.

The All About That Bass hitmaker hit headlines earlier this month (Jan15) amid reports alleging she has been romancing Cory Andersen since November (14).

However, Trainor insists there is no truth to the claims as he is just "a good friend".

She adds to news show Entertainment Tonight, "On the Jingle Ball tour I met a lot of good people and good friends. It was great; he's cool."

She continues, "I would love to have a boyfriend; a boyfriend sounds great. I didn't realize the whole world wanted to know about it, so I don't know how to deal with that, but I'll learn."

Trainor, 21, has already received a little dating advice from another singer, superstar Jennifer Lopez, who suggested she be "very picky" when dating in the entertainment industry.
